.‫ ﺗﻨﺸﺄ ﻓﻲ داﺋﺮة ﻛﻞ ﻣﺤﻜﻤﺔ ﺑﺪاﯾﺔ ﻣﺤﻜﻤﺔ ﺻﻠﺢ أو اﻛﺜﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ اﻟﺤﺎﺟﺔ‬n
n In the area of jurisdiction of each Court of First Instance, one
or more Magistrate Courts shall be constituted as necessary.
.‫ ﺗﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﺤﻜﻤﺔ اﻟﺼﻠﺢ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎض ﻣﻨﻔﺮد‬n
n The Magistrate Court is composed by a single judge.

1. Issue permissions to oversee wire and wireless
communications.
.‫2. ﺗﻤﺪﯾﺪ ﺗﻮﻗﯿﻒ اﻟﻤﺘﮭﻢ ﻟﻤﺪة ﺗﺘﺮاوح ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ )51-54( ﯾﻮﻣﺎ‬
2. Extend the detention of convicts for a period ranging from
15 to 45 days.
.‫3. اﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ اﻟﻤﺨﺎﻟﻔﺎت واﻟﺠﻨﺢ‬
3. Hear all contraventions and misdemeanors.

n The Magistrate Court has jurisdiction
over the following: :‫ ﺘﺨﺘﺹ ﻤﺤﻜﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻠﺢ ﺒﺎﻟﻨﻅﺭ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻴﻠﻲ‬n
1. Civil actions, the value of which does not
exceed JD 20,000 or its equivalent. After ‫1. ﺍﻟﺩﻋﺎﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻻ ﺘﺘﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﻗﻴﻤﺘﻬﺎ ﻋﺸﺭﻴﻥ ﺁﻟﻑ‬
Law No. 6 of 2005 has entered into force, ‫ﺩﻴﻨﺎﺭ ﺃﺭﺩﻨﻲ ﺃﻭ ﻤﺎ ﻴﻌﺎﺩﻟﻬﺎ )ﺃﺼﺒﺤﺕ ﻋﺸﺭﺓ‬
