This session will focus on how Brown University solved an organizational problem by
utilizing the Force.com cloud platform to complement Workday functionality. Brown had a
need for a widely distributed user base with limited training to submit journal entries via a
simplified and controlled interface. Brown also had many legacy systems that would need

This year we will continue the tradition of integrated philanthropy at Dreamforce, supporting the
UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Hospital of Oakland. In conjunction with
