2. Project Title: Replacement of Liquid paint to Powder coating
Responsibilities: As a Process engineer my main responsibilities are:
• Handling a team of 15 engineers working on solution & changes the conventional method of
bicycle frame & HAC components
• Gap analysis, different composition of brass and development coordination
• Cost vs savings calculations
3. Project Title: Rejection & Re-work ( Scrap Reduction:- Jan 15 to May ‘15)
Responsibilities: As CI-Engineer and Team Leader my main responsibilities are:
 Root cause analysis and Kaizen approach.
 Worked on autonomous and taking corrective and preventive action helps to save
Rs.100000 / month savings. Target is Zero waste reduction.
4. Project Title: JUST IN TIME Approach on packaging Material (Aug 15 to Oct ‘15)
Responsibilities: As CI-Engineer and Project Leader my main responsibilities are:

 Value stream mapping tools for Gap & data analysis and understand the
conventional system and implementing the JIT system.
 Implemented the kanban system and made the material flow smooth.
 Reduced the warehouse inventory by 50 %.
 Using Six sigma tools and Lean methodology carry out continuous improvement.
5. Project Title: Finishing & packaging improvement
