NDI OPTICAL TRACKER SYSTEM 
Accuracy: 0.025 to 0.05 mm 
NDI Optical tracker is the next generation Portable Coordinate 
Measuring  Laser Scanning System with wireless, armless  
beamless technique. It is the latest industrial innovation, offering the 
combined power of handheld laser scanning from ½ meter object to 
15 meter object, contact probing, and the exceptional ease-of-use 
provided by NDI’s Optical Tracker DMM (Dynamic measurement targets). With no loss of accuracy system 
provides flexibility to scan the entire vehicle.

LEICA AT401 Absolute Tracker 
Accuracy: from 0.01mm/meter 
Laser Tracker is a portable, high precision coordinate measurement 
system. The Laser Tracker with absolute distance meter based laser optics with 
state-of-the-art servo control technology to measure the position of a target 
relative to the tracker. 
With the specialized software provided, the real-time positioning information 
can be used to measure relative distances between points, set up virtual axis, 
monitor the movement of a part with an accuracy of 10 microns, or compare real 
world production to a cad model.

The Artec handheld 3D Scanner systems are based 
on structured light process. The scanning process is 
extremely straightforward; simply walk around the 
object continuously capturing it with the camera from 
various angles, while the accompanying software 
automatically combines all the scanned frames into a 
single mesh 
There is no need to place countless markers all over the object to scan it. The software uses unique 
geometry of the object itself to properly align the captured 3D frames and to fuse them together. Good for 
the complete outer and the structure with accuracy requirement 0.1mm or below.
