Career Overview
 A dynamic professional with 22 years of rich & indigenous
experience in executing operations for higher rate of organic
growth with the (BSF) Border Security Force.
 Instrumental in handling activities related to Personnel, Material
including all kinds of controlled stores, Transport, Supply Chain,
Production etc. in BSF.

determination e.g. Conducted Operations in J&K, Material
Control Officer for Central Ordnance Depot & Commanded QC
(Controlled Stores) establishment of the elite Para Military
Force.
 Experience in providing material support to field formations to
equip units as fighting fit as MCO of CENWOSTO (Central
Workshop & Stores). Expertise in managing the development
and implementation of key procurement strategies, contingency
plans and ensuring that plans are aligned with the requirements. Able to multitask, organize,

 Experience as In-charge of quality control, Material Procurement & Production Planning, in
only unit of its kind in India i.e TSU (Tear Smoke Unit) and ensured to meet the requirements of
all State Police Organizations and Para Military Forces.

demand and supply gap to a great extent.

3.  Handled major suppliers of controlled stores including Ordnance Factories, CNC machines &
tool manufacturer, general stores, clothing, tent-age and MT parts including tyres and tubes.
 Formulate the automation plan of TSU (Tear Smoke Unit) and prepared its DPR (Detailed
Project Report).
 Successful implementation of ERP in TSU.
 Pivotal in proper maintenance of huge inventories of various controlled stores pertaining to force
and not even a single lapse is noted during my tenure.
 Ensured savings to state through proactive approach and better vendor rating.
