countries: Germany-Austria-Canada-Croatia- Finland-France- BelgiumJapan-Spain-Denmark-Poland-Portugal-Brazil-United Kingdom-USAAustralia and Romania.
It consist in all of 1st April the people make jokes and laugh.

4. This celebration begins when Pope Gregorio XIII change the calendar and
decreed that the new year will be 1st of January instead of 1st of April.
