The Law of Attraction: How to be grateful CLICK HERE for ways you can make your life extraordinary….
The Secret Many of you would have heard of The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne. You may have also come across the law of attraction in other publications, such as Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, as many people throughout history have known and used the secret. One of the fundamental elements of the law of attraction is to be truly grateful for the good things in your life, before you can expect more. Here, I will outline ways you can be grateful in everyday life, so you can create the life you have always wanted! CLICK HERE for ways you can make your life extraordinary….
Start the Day Right… It is very difficult to have a good day if the morning is stressful and rushed. Get out of bed a little bit earlier and take 5min to relax and be grateful. Each morning think of 10 things you are grateful for Really focus on the positivity of each thing you are grateful for, and try to amplify the good feelings you have about these things. Take a deep breath and smile  CLICK HERE for ways you can make your life extraordinary….
Stuck in traffic? When travelling, stop and think of what you are grateful for. Maybe you are walking and notice it is a beautiful day? Feel gratitude. Maybe another car waited for you instead of cutting in front of you? Feel gratitude. Maybe you got to sit down on the bus? Or the bus was on time? Feel gratitude. If something bad happens, don’t focus on it. Instead remember a time where something good did happen in a similar situation, and feel gratitude! Say Thank You Like You Mean It If someone does something nice, instead of just saying the words “Thank You”, say it with feeling. Really feel the gratitude when you say it, say their name and smile  Say thank you to someone who you usually take for granted (e.g. When your partner cooks dinner). Say thank you even if you pay them to do it! Bus driver? Yes you paid for the ticket and they are being paid to drive the bus. However, they may be driving buses because they love their family and want to support them, or they love to drive. Without that, there might not be many bus drivers. Isn’t that worth thanking? Make a Book of Gratitude Keep a note book especially for writing in things you are grateful for. Each night write in a few things you are grateful for, and a sentence about why they are important. You will find there are infinite things in life that you should be grateful for that we usually take for granted. CLICK HERE for ways you can make your life extraordinary….
