• Welcome email in approximately 2 weeks grants you access to
enrollment system (sent on Fridays only)
• If you do not actively waive medical coverage, you will be defaulted
into the Premier medical plan

waive your medical coverage online
• If you do not receive your welcome email in 2 weeks, email

• Evidence of Insurability
o If you chose over $50,000 of life coverage for your spouse/domestic

you be charged premiums
• HSA set-up
o If you selected HSA I or HSA II, Aetna will automatically open your
account at Chase bank
• Direct deposit sign-up for FSA
o Get faster claims reimbursement with direct deposit if you enrolled in
