- Basic layout of a human puppet
- Upper body has soft connections
- Leather chord held with pins. Fixed alignment, but flexible movement.

- Foot has the arc of a circle with the radius from the knee. Allows smooth walking, rolling of the foot. I have never tried the shoes.
- Basic controller
- Head holds most of the weight
- Anchoring the head so it doesn’t swing to much. Nodding. Several emotions
- Anchors the whole body. Lifts it a bit, taking some of the weight from the head. Prevents wobbling while walking.
- Folding at the waist. Getting up and down. dancing
- On a toggle. When one is raised the other has slack to swing back.
- Out in front, easy to reach
- God. Jaunty, good legs
- Devil, probably because of his head size he wiggles a lot more. Identical body to god
- Hansel, clumsy, twisting
- Lady: short thighs
- Butcher: short legs, heavy body, tiny steps.
- Giant mary, precise steps owing to weight and leg proportion and foot arc
- Lady again for comparison, imprecise arc= drunk
