This interactive workshop will cover
fundamental aspects of mentoring and
provide a strategy to resolve challenging
mentorship situations. Hands-on group
exercises provide opportunities to interact
and practice the newly learned mentorship
approach.
Objectives:
- Defining different types of mentorship
- Strategies to: identify, diagnose, and
solve difficult performance problems
- Practice strategies using real-world situations
