By not having a mobile platform, apps, web, txt, etc. What guest expectations are you failing to meet?It’s all about utility – Stream line the graphics, simplify your navigation and make sure people can just “get it”In relation to what your guests expectations may be, think about how, when, and where they’ll want to leverage your mobile platformThis point ties into our discussion today and when you’re developing a mobile strategy, its important to understand what technologies are available. Once you’ve decided to launch mobile, you’ve got to commit. Just like any program, if you’re not providing reasons to use that medium the program will “die on the vine”
