•People affected by HIV live longer, healthier lives
•A society whereby the attitudes of individuals the public and
professionals and the media in Scotland towards HIV are positive,
non-stigmatising and supportive

7. Sexual Health and Blood Borne Virus
Framework III
The Framework will support multi-agency organisations to
continue to focus on the key aims of the Action Plan:
•Reducing new transmissions
•Reducing undiagnosed HIV through increased testing and early
diagnosis;
•Ensuring universal access to high quality HIV treatment and care;
and
•Supporting those living with, and affected by, HIV in Scotland.
Many of the actions within the HIV Action Plan remain integral
and will be a key part of the delivery of this Framework
