Scott Becher served as Chief of Staff for Wisconsin State Representative Steve Wieckert. Over the course of two legislative sessions, he developed and managed over 230 bills. Some of the major accomplishments included developing the Wisconsin Senior Care prescription drug plan serving over 100,000 seniors, and introducing Cody's Law in 29 states with it being enacted in 13 states. Cody's Law provided a $10,000 tax deduction for organ donation and was selected as a model law by two national organizations. Becher also assisted in introducing several other laws in other states based on laws passed in Wisconsin.
