87. The current gateway 4 submission that is with EC Harris is based on a shell and core only. It is anticipated that the gateway process will progress with two sets of gateway documents as shown in the appended programme. This allows us to track and progress the structure and shell works in advance of the fit out as this is dependant on the input from the specialist consultants namely interior design, F&B , kitchen and Laundry, Spa, and FF&E.
