The document discusses continuous health monitoring of teams through a proposed mobile application called Pulse. Pulse would allow teams to assess their health across 11 tangible and intangible attributes on a weekly basis using a finger slide voting system on an iPad. It would calculate and display real-time averages to identify strengths and weaknesses. The application is currently in beta testing and the developer is seeking user feedback on Facebook to help guide further development.
