  1. Afdække begrebet ’social learning’ - rammerne er: Grundfos (vis): global virksomhed med produktion, salg og support i 45 lande 2) Grundfos’ akademi, også kaldet Poul Due Jensen Akademiet (vis): er ansvarlige for den globale træning af medarbejdere i alle disse lande. Hvilken slags undervisning! 3) Mig (vis): Mia Louise Rydahl Due, arbejder på Akademiet, med global online læring. Uddannet på Medievidenskab. Jeg har været ansat på akademiet i 4 år, men de sidste to år har været særligt interessante.
  2. De sidste to år har været særligt interessante – og hvorfor har de det? Det vi gjorde rigtig godt var face-to-face træning, hvor vores dygtige undervisere gik meget op I at involvere kursisterne I undervisningen og gøde netværksdelen under opholdet på akademiet Vi havde på det tidspunkt lidt elearning moduler liggende samt spæd start med virtual classroom træning, men udelukkende som støtte til vores face-to-face træning.
  3. Heldigvis flåede krisen ikke helt tæppet væk under os, da vi allerede havde gang i noget arbejde omkring en online strategi. Akademiets Mission ændrede sig ikke = we create learning. Vision (udfra mega trends i kombination med forretningens behov og strategier) ’We create more, effective, global, green learning’ herunder personalised learning on demand og social networking and collaborative learning. Strategi: Det fede ved at arbejde med den her vision var, at det er lige nøjagtigt sådan noget her sociale medier understøtter! IT afdelingen var villige til at hjælpe med løsninger, men da det tager ca. 2 år at få nye tools indenfor firewallen, måtte vi kaste os over de tools vi allerede havde.
  4. Fælles fodslag: Model som synliggjorde nogle af de ting vi skulle arbejde bevidst med > skelnen ml formel/uformel – synkron/asynkron. Hvilke tools havde vi og hvad udviklede vi i dem?! Følgende et par eksempler på de online kurser vi udviklede:

  7. Time out – hvor er vi nu i 2011?! Blended learning. Ikonerne hjælper brugerne med at finde ud af, hvilke elementer et kursus indeholder.

  12. Vision Megatrends > alt det der sker udenfor firewall’en. Training as performance support Læring og arbejde vil smelte sammen. Man vil ikke tænke på det som ’læring’, mere som at søge, finde viden, dele information. Vi rykker os væk fra læring og træning som en lineær process > vores brugere vil selv sammensætte deres individuelle forløb > tilgå læring i det øjeblik man har brug for det: My choice - my pace - my device - my time! Metode: Mobile devices En af de ting som i høj grad understøtter den her ’individualised learning on demand’ er mobile devices: De fleste har allerede en smartphone på sig og forventer at mere og mere bliver muligt via den. Information lægges ud i skyen, vi er hele tiden online > vi lever i skyen! GPS sensitive apps => tilgå information lige meget hvor vi er & finde hinanden. Augmented reality => a computer generated layer on top of reality – to gain knowledge about anything anywhere. The power to the crowd Lad eksperterne være eksperter! Brugerinvolvering Det som er interessant ved IPM eksemplet er, at vi ikke kun laver læring som involverer, men det er også et godt eksempel på at brugerne har været involveret i processen og dermed med til at præge forløbet. Brugerinvolvering er ikke blot et mål, det er også et middel til at få udviklet de bedste løsninger. True blend of the learning! Inviter sociale medier indenfor i det fysiske klasseværelse - kickstart brugen af forskellige sociale værktøjer og platforme, så de føler sig sikre og får lyst til også at bruge dem udenfor klasseværelset. F.eks. Twitter as learning chat, Flip recording as implementation exercise, ... Co-creation Akademiets rolle er at medvirke til implementering af ændringer i forretningen, og for at kunne gøre det, er det nødvendigt at vi udvikler lærings aktiviteter i samarbejde med forretningen. Samarbejde på tværs af afdelinger gør desuden udrulning og implementering lettere, idet vi har ambassadører. Som moder akademiet I Grundfos har vi ansvar for at udbrede undervisnings kompetencer og nye initiativer i den globale organisation, og motivere vores globale træner netværk til at tage den nye initiativer til sig. Eksempel: Videndeling og networking på Global Trainer Community.
