SAP implementation VW Turkey/Bulgaria/Serbia
 In the SAP implementation project of VW Turkey (VWEST) and VW
Bulgaria (BECT), the project scope, blueprint design and project
management and consultancy was provided for by our team.
 In this SAP implementation all financial results of VW Bulgaria were
consolidated to VW Turkey (VWEST) automatically; also the currency
conversion differences (WUD-Waehrungsumrechnungsdifferenz) were
eliminated
SAP implementation Carlsberg Europe
 SAP implementation for Carlsberg group included over 300 companies
allover in 14 countries of Europe. EGATE provided project
management and team leadership of Turkey and supported Bulgaria
Serbia and Poland in the project in year 2007.
 The project scope and blueprint design of Carlsberg Turkey was also
prepared by our team. With this SAP implementation the
consolidation of the financial results of 14 countries in Carlsberg
Europe was automatically prepared in SAP environment

 Optimization; System for optimizing production lines, product rankings and labor
restrictions. Developed in AJAX&Oracle DB and RPG&AS400. Currently in use in
Sumitomo and Volkswagen groups.
