Tasting Notes
A very pale, simmering gold colour with fresh green grassy, fruit driven nose. Subtle hints of butter, citrus and green apple.
Concentrated fruit and clean minerality on the finish.

The Choblet family makes this wine from the oldest vines of the domain, the yields are low and harvested at the last possible
moment; this wine is then retained 10 years on the lees in an underground tank.
Tasting Notes
A pale lemon-gold hue, has a remarkable nose, rich, full and complex. The palate shows a firm minerality coursing through
beneath the vibrant citrus fruits. This gives a lemon-cream feel, a slight hint of richness but nothing too polished or honeyed.
Food Matching
Great with Oysters, Crab or Shrimps on Toast, Dover Sole and anything pickled.
