Prosecco is aromatic, fruity, bubbly and perfect for parties. It’s also the base for that famous and deliciously wonderful cocktail,
the Bellini (Prosecco and white peach juice), created at Harry’s Bar in Venice in the early 20 th century.
Tasting Notes
Quite frothy, this wine has a great aroma of peaches, pears and apples with a bit of fresh baked bread to round it out. Dry on the
palate with just a tiny bit of residual sweetness.
Food Matching
Have it as an aperitif or with Shellfish and seafood; also very good with caviar and risottos.

Founded in 1923 by a Russian princess who fled Moscow and its revolutionary unrest for Epernay, Louis Barthélémy was
acquired (and renamed) in 2002 by Jean-Barthélémy Chancel. “Saphir”, aged for 6 years in bottle, translates in ancient Greek to
“most gorgeous thing”.
Tasting Notes
Hints of almond, honey and a touch of cinnamon and cocoa on the nose make this a complex and unique wine.
Food Matching
Great as an aperitif but also scallops and lobster are a good match

Rose Champagne is all about glamour and fun. It is also the only wine made in the EU that is legally allowed to blend already
made red and white wine together, to make rose. Here Thienot uses 7% of the Pinot Noir from a still red wine made from old
vineyards.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant pink in aspect, with fine bubbles and steady mousse, offering aromas of red berries on the nose, giving way to an elegant,
balanced and fruity palate, supported by excellent acidity and length of flavour.
Food Matching
Works a treat as an aperitif or with desserts, such as the cheesecake; rolos or buttermilk pannacotta with poached rhubartb.
Anything goes with PINK FIZZ! Come on it’s fun...
