8. SWOT is a short form for
strenghts,weaknesses,opportunities and

10. Factors important for development of one’s
personality.
PERCEPTION : A perceptive person is informed , upraised
, aware and sharp .If any person lacks this qualities then that
person cannot become successful.
For example ; Before attending the personality development
session I had a perception that our personality development
trainer will be very strict and arrogant.
RATIONALITY : A rational person is wise , sound , intelligent
, judicious and reasonable, using logics over emotions and
choosing the good above the pleasant.
For example ; In a family a mother is emotionally attached
to her child but the father is a rational person.
11. EMOTIONAL INTELLEGENCE : It is a type of a social
intelligence that involves the ability to monitor one owns
intelligence related to emotions and also respect other peoples

COMMUNICATION SKILLS : A communication skill is the ability
to use language (receptive) and express (expressive) information.
Communication is important because it deals with different

listen, resolve conflicts so that it is a win-win situation for all, and
take responsibility for one’s messages, others include the ability to
adapt to difference of opinions and be open minded among others.
13. Why do you think time has
to be managed?
Why time management is important is that you will
get more done in less time. When you plan your
time you will see the amount of work that need to
be tackled. There is a Chinese proverb that loosely
translates this saying ‘No amount of gold can buy
you time'. Successful people know the value of time
and hence, use time wisely to produce excellent
results in all areas of their lives.
15. Time wasters.
Time waster is a person who utilizes
his/her time for a thing which does
not benefit him in future.
For example ;
When students have time to study they waste it hanging out
with friends or doing time pass and get into stress during
exams.
17. LEADERSHIP QUALITIES.
According to me, in our class PALLAVI PATIL has all the qualities
of being a leader.
Her leadership qualities are; she acts neutral to
every team mate; she knows to manage people and buildup a
professional relationship in the team; she does not take any
decision by her own as she discusses it with her team mates and
then applies it.
18. Qualities that I lack of being a leader.
I
cannot manage people all together.
I always be in child ego state which invites
problems for me.
I need things to be done on time so I act bossy
sometimes.
I cannot build up a professional attitude with
all my mates.

match.
29. Talk about the better time manager in the movie. What sort
of time management skills he/she was opting.(M2)
According to me kabir khan is a better time manager.
He managed his time in such a way that he was able
to train the girls hockey team for match's just in a
three months period of time.
In the movie kabir khan used to start
their training by taking all players for

and is willing to share ideas, thoughts, feelings
and values with others that person is called an
‘open self personality’ of an individual.
36. According to me in the movie VIDHYA SHARMA has
open self personality. She played a role of a very friendly
person with her team mates in the movie. She likes to
share her ideas with her team mates and speaks to
every one in a very polite manner. She is very much
committed towards her aim of winning the hockey

you think is responsible for development of

STYLE? (D2)
Time management can be defined as; applying
activities which produce positive results and rejecting
those activities which either waste time or produce
negative results. Time management is important in
life to do all required activities on time to get desired

Before joining frankfinn my parents were worried that if I get

my college also with it but has my frankfinn session started
I got my time managed and got habitual to it so now my
parents don’t worry much.
42. After completion of your training where do

would like to see my dream come true
by achieving my goal of being a

AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE.(D3)
A study of one’s inner traits of perception, knowledge, attitude and
motivation and how these affect ones behavior to the self and with
others. My inter-personal skills will help in my personal and
professional life in many ways like if I have all those following
activities in my personal and professional life then I will become a
successful person in future.
Following are some of the qualities; they are;
know yourself.
decide your objective.
say ‘hello’ first.

be on time.
47. What are the barriers to effective communication?
How can you remove the same? (M1)
Barriers or “blocks” to successful communication
are like icebergs in the path of a ship sailing in an
ocean. Barriers can destroy, corrode and stop
successful communication from producing results.
There are three major blocks of communication;
personal barrier.
Physical barrier.
Semantic barrier.
48. PERSONAL BARRIER.
This type of barriers include
mood, prejudice, communicating with nondecision makers, differing IQs and EQs.
EXAMPLE ;
Having fear of failure
and letting this fear to stop
you from getting what you
want.
49. PHYSICAL BARRIER.
This barriers include faculty
equipment,doors,partitions,distance and
all physical blocks to communication.
Example ;
fence is a physical barrier.
A fence is used to keep animals
and people out of a certain
area. It is also used to keep
animals inside an are.
50. SEMANTIC BARRIER.
These are language barriers. Semantic noise
or sound that carriers special meaning due to
the way it sounds, as in a persons accent or
dialect.
Example ;
new Englanders saying ‘wicked’ to mean
‘very’ or a southerner saying ‘fixin to’ to mean
‘preparing to'. these expressions' carry
semantic value in that they inform others of
the person’s background and intone a familiar
attitude towards people from the same region.
51. How to remove these barriers.
To
overcome personal barrier just forget your barrier
built up confidence and communicate.
To overcome physical barrier remove the barrier as
much as possible and also several types of
communication to ensure delivery and feedback.
To overcome semantic barrier simplify your language
and make your communication as friendly as possible.

MISTAKE.YOU CANT RUN AWAY FROM

effective inter personal relation.(m3)
Moral values are the principles and standards which determine
whether an action is right or wrong.

trust,compassion,generosity,modest,truthful.
Moral values also help build up one’s personality by;

Politeness.
good relationship with others.
kindness.
care.
honesty.
55. What sort of help you are looking from your faculty
regarding your communication and what action plan
would have to follow.(d2,d3)
I am thankful to frankfinn for providing
me with such a good faculty who helps
use in building up confidence and
turning our weakness into strengths.
I need help in communication
skills has it is very important in aviation
travel and hospitality industry. It is first
priority in our global world.
56. My action plans for improving my
communication skills;
stand in front of mirror and practice.
read books and newspapers
watch English movies.
58. What sort of moral values are lacking and how can you
develop the same? (D1/D2)
Moral values change as per the needs of society but the
human nature has not changed for generations. That is
why it looks as moral values are lacking these days.
Moral values are important for those persons who are
honest, believe in ethics, punctual.but nowadays such
kind of people are decreasing day by day corruption,
not following the rules and regulations of the country,
not believing in ethics.
59. The moral values which are lacking, I can
develop are;
I will try to control my anger.
I will try to stop back answer which will
stop me getting into
problems/fights/quarrels.
I will help others.
I will try not to lose confidence in any
situation.
60. If we maintain moral values;
we can get more knowledge
from our elders and even from
the younger one’s.
we will be mentally peaceful.
People will trust in all means.
It will improve our overall
personality.
61. “THOSE WHO EDUCATE
CHILDRENS WELL ARE MORE
TO BE HONOURED THAN THEY
WHO PRODUCE THEM;FOR
THESE ONLY GAVE THEM
LIFE,THOSE THE ART OF
LIVING WELL.”
