2. MOB went out of its home and asked few questions to
people regarding their products and following things
were observed:
 The potential customers
 What do they demand
 If MOB is providing the right product
Survey was conducted in two different cities as we two
team members are from different cities to get a better
idea of the population

3. 1. It depends on the product our service you
are providing.
2. In the case of MOB , the potential
customers are the people who wear
printed cool t-shirts.
3. There are few main things you should
know:-
• Your USP?
• Who your customers are ? What they
buy? Why they buy it?
• They are using a similar product or
service? If yes , then what benefit they are
getting while using your product.

5.  Don’t throw up all over someone.
 Know your product , start asking some questions that
will lead to your product or service introduction.
 Start asking if they are using some similar product and
figure out why they are using that product and if they
will use your product , how will they be benefited ? .
 Try to interact with people in 2-3 different places.

6.  If you are targeting the right people or not.
 Is your product a really good one or just one more to
the list.
 What changes can you make in your product.
 If people are loving an altered version of your product.
 And how many people are your potential customers.
