http://bit.ly/WebAcheteursPwC Le cabinet d’audit et de conseil PwC publie les résultats de sa 4ème étude mondiale sur le e-commerce, menée cette année dans 19 pays auprès de 19 000 web-acheteurs. L’étude révèle que les Français qui achètent des produits en ligne délaissent de plus en plus l’achat sur internet pour revenir en magasin. Les enseignes se sont modernisées et leur taux de pénétration est ainsi en hausse de 3,7 points par rapport à 2013, alors que les pure players ont stagné. Les distributeurs rattrapent leur retard sur les pure players grâce à des investissements pour développer leurs solutions multicanales (click & collect, vérification des stocks, retour en magasin) mais aussi en investissant dans les concepts magasins, pour une meilleure expérience client. Le modèle économique des pure players pose question, la rentabilité n’étant pas au rendez-vous, même pour les plus grands.
