On set
1.
2. Sarah placing
box down and
taking out shirts.
Here’s a picture I took whilst we were filming scene two, we filmed this
shot several times from different positions so that when it came to
editing we had a range of shots to choose from.
3. Joshua standing on the
table, capturing the
brilliant shot!
Here we did a Shot of Sarah fiddling with the knife, we also did a
range of angles and shot to ensure that when it came to editing
we had a wide choice. This scene was important because this
was where the audience thought she was going to commit suicide.
4. Sadly the bow fell off on one of the
presents during my travel to the set,
so I placed a ‘present’ on top of it.
Which looked 10 times better than
the way I was going to initially
position them.
We decided that for the last scene that we
didn’t want to buy too much for the last
scene (less is more) so I went and bought
wrapping paper got a few empty boxes that
were laying around my house and wrapped
them, making them look like real gifts.
5. Here we have Joshua (director) and
Abigail (Camera operator)
discussing the ways in which they
could film the cake. We also have
Michael (Max) having a peek!
6. I accidentally went a bought
relighting candles so every time
Max blew them out they would
relight again so we had to go to
the shop last minute and buy
regular candles.
Here we have the cake, that we planned on eating after but with all
breathing over it we decided not to.
7. Without group effort and team work our film wouldn’t have
been a success. The communication was great and
everyone worked hard and showed great work ethic.
8. We made sure we got the actors
involved and clearly explained
each shot to them and what they
needed to do.
Me and Joshua discussing the shot of where Sarah Is
sitting on bench.
