Visitors can request for appointments using a simple request form that can
be displayed in the company website / portal online
Name, Organization, Purpose visit, Phone/Email of the visitor is captured
The person from whom they are requesting for the appointment, appointment
date / time is captured
The details are emailed to the host for confirmation
