The COMESA Secretariat hosted a workshop involving member states to consult on the preparation of the 2011-2015 Medium Term Strategic Plan (MTSP). The current 2008-2010 MTSP is coming to an end in December 2010. The objective of the workshop was to facilitate consultations on the draft MTSP, particularly on identified priorities and strategic areas for the next planning cycle. Involving stakeholders in the process aims to develop a strategic plan that reflects the needs and goals of member states and COMESA institutions.
