 Audit the Utilization Level of the ERP in terms of
 Functional, Technical & MIS Fitment to the Organization Business Requirements
 People Usage of the ERP — Knowledge, Ease of use
 Frame the Right Training Plan
 Explore areas where employees are under-trained or could benefit from continuous training
 Define the right training plan to optimize the business benefits of the ERP system in the long run
Project Methodology
 ERP Post-Implementation Audit Profiler to be filled in by customer and send it to VELCOM. VELCOM team would study the filled-in
profiler and then would conduct the audit at client site by interviewing users from Management, Business & IT
 VELCOM would then compile the observations & recommendations and would submit the report within one week from the date of
completion of the audit at client site
Deliverable
 Review the Set Objectives planned to be achieved by the successful ERP Implementation Project
 Organization Current Utilization level of ERP. Frame the Right Training Plan
 Recommended Action Plan for the organization to realize the complete benefits from their ERP Investment
