2. INTRODUCTION
Neuropathic pain is a type of chronic pain,
arises directly from injuries or disease that
affects the somatosensory nervous system.
Eicosanoids are said to have an active
compound, which is a natural plant that can
relieve lumbodorsal pain.

It has been shown that the P2X7R receptor
is vital for induced inflammation by
activation of microglia in the spinal cord
within the neuropathic pain process.
Following an injury to a peripheral nerve,
could release ATP that induces activation
with the P2X7R pathway

4. The purpose of this study was to explore the antinociceptive
effect of Echinacoside (ECH), an active compound of
Cistanche deserticola Ma, on peripheral neuropathic pain
induced by chronic constriction injury (CCI) in mice, and to
demonstrate its potential mechanism in vivo and vitro
