• Context – (country, culture, organization, external and internal stimuli
etc)
• Sender– (writer, speaker)
• Message – (You mush first decide WHAT THE MAIN POINT IS of your
message)
• Medium – (print, electronic, cellular, mail, sound, sight)
• Receiver – (Receiver is influenced by the CONTEXT and HIS/HER
MENTAL FILTER)
• Feedback – (can be oral, written, action, even silence)

• Human Beings are different, and understand

therefore problems more likely occur when
communicators; filter are sharply different .

• Completeness involves 3 points:
a. Provide all necessary information
(5Ws= Who, What, When, Where, Why)
b. Answer all questions asked
c. Provide something extra when desirable

a. Eliminate wordy expressions

• Means preparing every message with the
audience (receiver) in mind.
- do not lose temper
- do not accuse
- do not char them without facts

• Being specific, definite and clear, rather than
vague and general
