Speed Reading: How to Develop the Book a-Habit

This document discusses developing a daily habit of reading books using a technique called the Multiple Reading Process (MRP). MRP involves previewing a book in 2 minutes, overviewing it in 10 minutes by reading chapter openings and closings, and then reading the full book in 60 minutes of focused reading.
