1. Pricing & Investment Plan
Rate : Rs 6,000/- per sq. ft.
Units : In multiples of 500 sq ft
Validity Period : 16th March 2010 to 15th August 2010.
Investment Plans :
Plan A : 100% upfront
o With Application : 10% payment
o Within 30 days of Application : 90% payment
Plan B : 50-50 plan
o With Application : 10% payment
o Within 30 days of Application : 40% payment
o Balance on offer of possession money : 50%
Assured Returns :
o There is only one Investment Plan on offer - Assured Returns plan with 11% AR till possession and Rs 55/- per sq ft for 2
yrs thereafter.
o This remains same for both payment plan options – ‘100% upfront’ AND ’50-50 plan
Terms :
Assured Returns will be given as computed on annual basis, payable monthly after deducting all taxes applicable.
Returns shall be applicable and commence only on receipt of 100% payment under Plan A and 50% payment under
Plan B (refer above), and subsequent execution of Agreement.
Assured Returns will be given on amount received within 30 days of Application and as reflected in the Agreement.
Any amount received in excess or during the course of investment will not be entitled for Annual Return.
Any delays in Payment as per schedule will result in cancellation of booking and money refunded after adjusting the
applicable cancellation charges, brokerage paid (if any) and Assured Returns paid (if any).
All other terms / clauses remain the same as per our earlier policy.
