1. My Story
I am a story you are a story, my story begins on a dark Friday night
on June 6th 1997. My parents described the feeling to me as a
painful but wonderful event. I grew up in the same house in the
Philippines up until I was eleven years old that’s when my family
moved here to Canada. My dad’s name is Mario Medina and he
works at Macdon Industries, My mom on the other hand works at
priority electronics. I still remember the day when my dad gave me
“The Talk” it was pretty awkward learning about puberty and where
babies come from, but it really helped me out when it did start to
happen. One of the sad moments in my life was when my parents
came home and told me that my mom had a miscarriage. I still
remember crying really hard that day, mostly cause I’ve been
waiting for him to be born for months and cause its kind of lonely
when your always by yourself. So it was actually pretty painful for
me. Three years passed and another misfortune happened, My
grandmother passed away on my seventh birthday. I still remember
while she was lying down on her bed the day before she died she
talked to me and my cousins that it was going to be ok
