The market of natural active substances required in the production of
pharmaceuticals,cosmetics,food and livestock,is experiencing an acute shortage
of sources of high quality environmentally friendly materials.It is currently
growing at 10%/year.
* For example, demand for rosemary extract, which is actively used in food production of EU countries and
the US, as of the end of 2014 has a deﬁcit of about 300 million Euro. Similarly high demand for natural

Currently in Europe, there are only two companies
(in Sweden and Turkey) that use technology based
on the principle of supercritical fluid extraction.
However, their specialization is narrowly focused
with a limited range of processed raw materials
and released products.

Introduction of modern technological innovation will allow for
processing many kinds of raw materials on an industrial scale
process with a significant increase in quality.
It is their versatility and know-how technological solutions that
create compelling benefits and ensure high competitiveness in the
market.
As a rule, the existing (GFR) industrial complexes
process natural raw materials typical for their region.
Almost all of them have limited processing
capabilities, which in turn limits the growth and
scalability of the production and does not allow to
immediately respond to changing market conditions,
or withstand drastic cost reduction. This limits the
competitiveness of the enterprise and the ability to
face external risks.

FLAVITLIFE Bio JSCo is attracting private investors for the development of the project
throughout the entire investment phase.
Investment packages:
200€ | 500€ | 1400€ | 4000€
Each share has a nominal value of 1 share – 5 euro.
Income on shares is presented in two forms - as growth of their market value, and in the form
of periodic payments of dividends.
According to the business plan, the changes in the current value of a share will not be less
than 100%, so investors begin to receive income in the period of ownership shares. *
Payments of dividends on the shares are planned to be done twice a year. The beginning of
dividend payments is planned to begin 6 months after reaching its design capacity.
*These ﬁgures are calculated from the projected change in the capitalization of the company value.

It is paid on the expenses for travel and trips,
depending on the number of points of the team
with smaller volume.
One-time bonus,the amount ranges from
300 Euro to 3.000 Euro as the lowest team

Manager bonus
One-time bonus of 500 Euro. It is
paid at the invitation of 10 Partners,
each of whom acquire Invest-1400
package.
After payment of the bonus, the
Binary bonus rate rises to the level
of 7% (if it was lower).

One-time bonus of 1,500 Euro. It is paid at the
invitation of 10 Partners, each of whom will
acquire Invest-4000 package
After payment of the bonus, the Binary bonus

Manager 's personal cabinet in
a special account as Bonus
points at the rate of 1 bonus
