Internet Safety Rules ALWAYS - use first names only - keep personal information private (such as address, phone number, etc) - keep your passwords private (even from friends) - check with an adult before opening emails from unfamiliar sources or communicating with unfamiliar people - use your own password and username (never login as anyone else) - tell your teacher and parents if you receive any messages that are mean or make you feel uncomfortable - remember the 'grandmother' rule. Only write what you would want your grandmother to read. - make sure your parents and/or teachers know what you're doing online. - use your common sense - act your age!!
