• Design environmentally friendly way to extract
  hydrocarbons from the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge

• Develop tsunami prediction and preparedness plan for
  the Pacific Basin
• Develop a plan for the future of New Orleans
• Develop a plan for making global fishing practices
