Three gorgeous seating areas offer plenty of spacious
living.
For entertaining guests or some quiet time why not sit in
the stunning 'Formal' Family Room with a large
sumptuous sofa and comfy armchair it is ideal to relax in
during the day, either to read a book or simply chill out.
In the Family room there is a large TV complete with
DVD, Video player, Stereo CD player, plus plenty of
books, games, CDs and DVDs.

3. Alternatively why not spend time in the versatile den,
reading, watching a movie, playing one of the many board
games, surfing the net or testing your skills on the PS2
Games system

4. DINING
Dining in or out is easy at 1143 Pine Ridge. Prepare a
family feast or a quick snack in our fully equipped
kitchen. Eat at the Breakfast Bar with high seats or
choose to eat in the Kitchen Diner with a six seater
table. There is also a formal Dining room with a
magnificently laid glass table and six chairs.
Alternatively, you can dine al-fresco by the pool on the
comfortable deck furnishings.
If you prefer someone else to do the work - why not
eat out at one of the many restaurants and eateries just
a couple of minutes away at Champions Gate.

5. SLEEPING
Sleeping at 1143 Pine Ridge is as comforting as can be,
with a grand sleep-soft king size bed in the master
bedroom, a dresser with large mirror, twin nightstands
with lamps and a clock/radio alarm. Also a beautiful
cabinet with 27-inch cable TV, sleeper chair and
upgraded carpets add to the luxurious feel. The master
bedroom also has a magnificent master bathroom with his
'n' hers mirrored raised vanity basins, a roman tub,
step-in shower and toilet, with luxury fittings plus a
huge walk-in closet.

6. The en-suite New York bedroom boasts a Queen-size
bed, dresser with cable TV, twin nightstands with lamp,
clock/radio/alarm, walk-in closet space and a master
bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, step-in

7. There is a third en-suite queen-size bedroom on the
ground floor with ample closet space, nightstands, a

The two twin bedrooms are perfect for adults or
children, as both have comfortable adult size twin beds,
night-stand and lamp, dresser with cable TV, and closet

8. POOLSIDE
During the day, enjoy our South facing sun-
drenched Pool and extended deck or shaded terrace with
a range of comfortable deck furnishings, surrounding our
large sparkling-clear 30 x 15 ft. pool with optional
heating. A fabulous Spa is just right for soothing those
aches after a busy day. The pool area has a variety of
safety features to protect children and young infants
should you need it. There is a half bathroom just off
the pool which avoids the need for dripping bodies to
trek through the house.

9. GAMES ROOM
If that's not enough, then why not take the time to
enjoy the spacious 'Games Room' that's been provided,
with a Pool Table, Table Football, Electronic Dart Board
and Table Tennis or sit and watch others compete whilst
sipping a cool drink from the huge fridge.

11. How many people can stay at 1143 Pine Ridge?
The house is equipped to accommodate 12 people very comfortably.
There are 5 bedrooms, 1 with King size Bed, 2 with Queen beds and
2 with Twin beds. In addition, the Den has a sectional sofa, which
pulls out to a full Queen Bed.
The Dining areas are equipped with seating for 12 people formally,
plus the Terrace can be used to dine al-fresco or a quick snack can
be had at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
There are three lounge areas: The Family room which seats 8 people
comfortably and 10 smaller bodies; The Formal Lounge seats 4 and
the spacious Den 8 to 10 people easily on the large sectional sofa.
The Terrace/Pool Deck has seating for 8 people.
What services are provided?
1143 Pine Ridge is rented to guests on a 'Self-catering' basis. The
property is cleaned on the departure of every guest party, and
inspected prior to each guests arrival. For your convenience and
hygiene, the house is provided with a dishwasher, washing machine,
dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, brush and pan for maintaining the
property cleanliness during your stay. In addition, the house is
treated regularly for insects, the pool is regularly cleaned and
treated for optimum freshness and the gardens maintained.
