5. Job Current position. Actually I run a fast food restaurant as Director in Cagliari (Sardinia – Italy) for a good company. Our restaurant is set in a big shopping mall with a connected multiplex cinema. I deal with everything related to the restaurant business: staff management, recruitment, training, planning, quality control and service, sales, inventory, analyzing results, monitoring costs, safety, public relations, etc. Technology and good management softwares help me a lot. It’s a difficult task but I really love it and I’m never tired of it.
