* In – Line Inspection (Min 3 in-line inspections)
* Garment Test (For colour fastness & Shrinkage)
* Advise Production status to customer via
Vendor Status Report (VAS)
Pre-Final * Inspection Standard according to
Inspection at AQL 2.5 (normal) . this is Min.
STYLEWIZ-INC * Check for Workmanship, Styling and
production output of supplier.
(SWI)
* At time when approx. 20% merchandise is packed.
* Check for correct packing, assortment and Presentation.
* Inspection Standard according to
AQL 2.5 (normal) . this is Min.
* Advise shipping department / Customer of
FINAL expected departure schedule.
Inspection by * Garment Test (For color fastness & Shrinkage).
STYLEWIZ-INC
(SWI) * At time when 100% merchandise is packed.
* Full Packing list required.
* Inspection Standard according to
AQL 2.5 (normal) . this is Min.
* Advise shipping department / Customer of
inspection release.
SHIPMENT Release
* Move Cargo to Forwarding agent,
Sea port or Air port.
Issue INSPECTION
Certificate * Receive export documents from supplier
for SWI verification.
* Issue Inspection Certificate to supplier.
* Send duplicate copy of Original Export
Documents to customer.
Receive
Commission from * Advise customer of Communication status for SWI.
