2. In the late 1970’s, Dr. Gustavo Bounous (MD, FRCSC) and
Dr. Patricia Kongshavn (PhD Immunology) made a breakthrough
discovery. They were the first to discover that a specially
formulated whey protein mixture served as a glutathione precursor
to maintain immune function. They conducted scientific research
and published extensively on Immunocal and the immune system.
In the 1980’s, Dr. Wulf Dröge
(PhD Immunology, Immunochemistry)
was the first to describe the effect
