This document provides a menu for Ted's Montana Grill. It offers a variety of drinks including wines, beers and specialty cocktails. The menu also features appetizers, salads, soups, classic entrees and burgers made with bison and beef. Dishes are made fresh daily and many are prepared from scratch on site. Sustainability is also emphasized through practices like using recycled paper and compostable to-go containers.

4. The taste of bison is similar to fine beef but with a richer, slightly sweeter flavor. Nutritionally, you’re getting more protein, iron and other nutrients.
And because bison are naturally lean and healthy, they are not given hormones or antibiotics. Bison brings both taste and nutrition to the table.
