        11.4 PARTICIPANT EVALUATION METHODOLOGY

        Each training program will include a unique three-step participant evaluation for
        the Workshops:

                A theoretical objective type examination taken within 7 working days after the
                 workshop to check his/her short-term learning

                An case study based subjective examination 20 working days after the
                 workshop to check his/her mid-term knowledge retention and implementation

                Completion of a live project that enables implementation of tools and
                 techniques learnt, and that delivers business value to the organization.

                                Mr. Pavan Kota is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black and has
                                personally overseen the delivery of U.S. Dollar 150 Million in
                                Return on Investments, to clients across 6 countries over three

                                Mr. Pavan Kota plays multiple roles as the:

        Mr. Sri Chandrasekhar has more than 13 years of
        experience in planning and leading transformation initiatives
        in manufacturing (automobile), business processes and
        information technology areas. Currently leading a consulting
        service line with a specific focus on operations
        transformation, target operating models, service excellence
        and cost optimization.

        He led major transformation (strategy, planning, target
        operating model and implementation) and reengineering
