DESCRIPTION
REVERSIBLE MOBILE CONCRETE MIXER‐FRM Series is built for easy and fast concreting on
concrete jobs like, Building, Flooring, Road Projects, Bridges, Infrastructure projects, Canal
projects up to the satisfactory performance. The mixer design is rationalized for easily
manorable mixer requiring very less maintenance, a very practical product of SUPERMIX's the
Plant can produce wet concrete from 8m'/hr. to 12m'/hr. capacity. This is fully automatic mixer
with electronic load cell type, weighs batching system for input ingredients
SALIENT FEATURES
Reversible Mixer drum is rotating on well align heavy duty gear ring guided by three rollers
for smooth rotation.
Compact design for easy transportation.
Ascent & Descent of loading skip bucket is controlled by hydraulic pump (driven by Electric
motor) and lever operated direction control valve and oleo dynamic cylinder.
Power Transmission done by 'V' Belt pulley and inline gearbox allow a very cushioned and
jerk less revision of drum rotation by very low stress on mechanical components.
Rotation of the concrete drum, reversed is actioned by push button on the electric control
panel.

The lever on the oleo dynamic system distributed controls the skip ascent and descent.

FEEDING SYSTEM
Feeding is manual here and there are a total of three

buckets that have individual load cells to accurately weigh
the materials. After feeding the material, all the weight is
displayed in the control panel provided.
CONTROL PANEL
The control Panel is the most important part
of the plant. The entire operating is precisely
controlled by the panel board. All the electric
controls are standard make.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Lubrication to a total of 14 points (RM‐800) and 17 points
(RM‐1050) is possible by a single hand lever valve located near the
control panel. In short all the moving parts in the machine are
lubricated by pulling a single lever.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Hydraulic gear pump is standard make driven by a standard make (Kirloskar/
Crompton) electric motor.

Load cells are mounted at the base of each
bin for accurate measurement of the
aggregate. The entire weight is displayed in
the control panel provided.
Water tank of capacity 200 (RM‐800) / 250
(RM‐1050) is mounted on a load cell. The
exact required quantity of water can be
controlled from the panel. The water pump
can automatically fill the tank when the
water level goes below the desired level.
Mixing drive drum motor is
connected to V‐Belt pulley
which is connected to chain
sprocket which drives mixing
drum. Minimizes vibration and
is less on maintenance.
Heavy duty wheels are for easy mobility.
5. Heavy duty Hydraulic cylinders form an integral component of the
machine. The oil seal used are durable and can withstand great
amount of pressure. All the parts used in the cylinder are standard
and are easily available. Built for Indian operating conditions.
Vibrating motor is for vibration the feeder bins in
case of moisture in the material feed. It is a 0.5 HP
capacity motor attached to the base of the bin. Very
useful in areas where humidity level is high.
Sturdy legs are provided to support the
machine on itself and take the load on itself
when working.
Mixing drum is carved out with extreme precision
considering that it is subjected to most torture. The flights are
designed to throw out even the smallest particle out of the
mixing drum. Mixing is done when the drum moves in
forward (clockwise) direction and in the backward (anti
clockwise) direction, the material is thrown out. Good mixing
in a short time is the characteristic feature of the drum.
Towing attachment for easy movement and attachment
at the rear of tractor / truck or even an SUV.
