 The LeaderBoard is an initiative from Talentelle
whose purpose is to increase the visibility of women
who have talent, leadership and the self-confidence
to pursue their ideal career.
 In so doing, the LeaderBoard encourages all women
to strive for their ideal career, while also learning
from those who have gone before them.
 Participating leaders receive an Excel spreadsheet,
every month, showing a list of all the leaders, along
with performance data, achievements, resources
and contact information.
 A GoogleGroups mailing list informing all
participating leaders of new developments
regarding the LeaderBoard.
 An intranet full of online resources, accessible ONLY
to participating leaders.
 The yearly fee, which covers administration costs,
is $100.
 Get recognition for your achievements
 Learn from other leaders.
 Be visible to corporate HR directors, who are
always seeking women with talent or leadership
skills.
 Inspire others to act decisively as you do
 Get support and ideas for getting to the next stage
of your career or business growth
 Learn how successful women think and act
 Avoid making mistakes by learning from others’
mistakes
 Feel inspired and empowered to take the required
actions toward building your dream career
 Be visible to a growing number of women who have
talent, show leadership and fearlessly choose to
lead others through personal example
