Regatta Condominiums is a development
project designed and built by
SGA Companies, Inc. This 47,000 SF,
three story mixed use building is located
in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The
building houses 34 condominium units:
twenty six of the units are residential
condominiums and the remaining 8 are
commercial units targeted at medical
and professional tenants. The primary
design concern for this building was
creating a comfortable residential
environment while providing for the
commercial uses on the first floor.
The building construction was completed
in the summer of 2006.
