1 hour or sometimes you can sleep with it on.
3- Baby oil; you can rub and sleep with baby oil on your
scared spot.
4- Lemon or limes: For this method, it is easier to squeeze it
into a bowl, then get a cotton ball and put on the scars.
5- Peppermint oil: I put peppermint oil on my scars and just
left it on there.
6- You can also try scar lighteners. There are so many of them
out there. Some will work and some won't. So it’s just to find
a good scar lightener that can actually work for you.
7- Also, when you are in the shower scrub your arm where the
scars are and they will lighten over time.
3. 8- Bio oil also has a good reputation for treating or at least
helping with scars. It might be expensive but worth a try.
If you consistently do most of these things there is a good
chance that they will work for your scars and they will
gradually fade away.
