• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp vinegar, white or
apple cider would work well
• 2 Tbsp worcestshire
• 8 ounces blue cheese
crumbles
• ~1/4 cup heavy cream –
may need more or less
depending on your desired
consistency
• Salt & pepper, to taste
Mix the mayo, vinegar,
Worcestershire, and blue
cheese crumbles in a bowl
with a whisk. Add cream
until you find the consistency
you like. If needed, add salt
and pepper.

Classic Blue Cheese dressing
4. • 1 bunch of fresh
cilantro
• 6 Tbsp light olive oil
• 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
• Juice of 2 limes
• 1/2 tomatillo
• 1/2 Tbsp honey
• 2 cloves garlic
Ingredients
Throw all the ingredients
in a food processor and
mix. If doing it by hand,
mince the cilantro and
garlic first and then
whisk all the ingredients
together.

• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1/4 cup rice vinegar
• 1 Tbsp taco
seasoning mix
• 1 tsp honey

In a small bowl, add all
the ingredients. With a
whisk or fork, blend all
the ingredients together
until smooth and
creamy. Dressing will
be a bit runny at first,
but keep stirring, it will
thicken up.

Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
Ingredients
Directions
• 6 Tbsp light olive oil
• 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp honey
• ~ 4 ounces blue cheese
crumbles
• salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a bowl
and whisk. In order to break
up the blue cheese
crumbles, whisk vigorously.

• 10 cloves roasted
garlic
• 1 cup parsley
• ½ cup olive oil
• 2 Tbsp red wine
vinegar
• Pinch of salt
Using a food processor,

together. If mixing by
hand, first mince the
garlic and parsley, then

together.
