  that exist in the organization.
ο‚ž There is a sense of emotion, feelings and
  motivation incur in Grapevine
  communication style.
ο‚ž   Characteristics –
    οƒ˜ Managers will not use any management
      style in order to communicate with his
      employee.

    οƒ˜ Managers believe that the use of emotion
      communication      will    give     more
      understanding.

    οƒ˜ Managers use this as a private compromise
      among him and his employees.
The benefits that managers will get if he use
 Grapevine Communication.

o The managers can make a bonding with the
 employee, therefore he will know more
 about his employees ability.

o Employees will sense some recognition. By
 having this β€˜bonding’ relationship, he will be
 motivate to work, because he will try to
 attract the managers attention towards him.
o   Its easy for the mangers to make
    research on how he manage the
    organization, because when there is a
    bonding relation between manager and
    employees, the employees will not be so
    afraid to express their feelings.


  As a results, managers can improve
the way he handle the organization.
