What does it mean for a CPM solution to be able to

look at how an organization needs these capabilities.

  • 8. ADAPTABILITY What does it mean for a CPM solution to be able to provide agility, flexibility and adaptability? First, let's look at how an organization needs these capabilities. In a dynamic economy, the uncertainties and financial assumptions that were accepted yesterday could not be tomorrow; effective management of working capital, credit availability and general issues related to revenue, may invalidate the strategic plan within a matter of days.
