If you have been playing football for very long, every person that runs knows that stretching
prevents leg injuries. How effective your efforts are will depend on how well you stretch and
your techniques. For instance, warming up your muscles before you stretch is a technique
that most people don't use. You can actually put unwanted stress on your ligaments and
