movement in the direction of the force.
Work = force x distance (moved)
Work is measured in joules
A force of 20 newtons pushing an object 5 meters
in the direction of the force does 100 joules of
work.

2. A force of 100N is required to move a box 5 m
along a horizontal surface. Find the value of
work done.
Work = F.l joules
= 100 x 5
=500 joules
