of uses this programme has.
3. I used Blackboard to look at
some media packs, I learnt a lot about how
helpful magazine websites can be with
insight into their target audience’s and
other useful information. I used blackboard
through the research and planning of my
magazine.
I used SlideShare in the
research, planning and production of my
product to upload all of my PowerPoint

how useful these sites were for connecting with
a large group of people for reasons other than
socialising.
I used Survey Monkey (click

to create survey’s to help me understand my
target audience better in the research stages of
my work. I had not previously used this site and
I learnt how to create, edit and review the
survey’s as well as using the information
gathered from it.
4. I think that technology has been an important role in my project and
to complete it without the use of technology would have been a near
impossible task. I would of had to resort to drawing, cutting, and
sticking for the final presentation which would not have given a
professional finish.
I could have done without Facebook, Twitter and Survey Monkey,
however this would have made my audience research considerably
harder meaning I would have had to do it by walking around and
handing around hand-written versions of my survey. This task would
have been difficult as I would have had to physically collect up all the
results, leaving room for human error and adding a lot of unnecessary
time to my investigation.
I think that I would have really struggled to complete the project
without the use of Photoshop as it allowed me to easily construct
each of my pages. I would of had to resort to using a simpler
programme where I would have been limited in the things that I
wanted to do.
